About Us

Meet Dan Dwyer

President & Founder

I founded Healthcare Revenue Growth Services to empower B2B Healthcare companies with impactful sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth. I’ve always had a knack for quickly assessing problems, identifying the core issues, and implementing practical solutions.

The transition from corporate leader to starting my own business has been a natural and logical evolution. Before launching HCRG, I spent the better part of 25 years leading high-performing teams across several healthcare verticals, including Revenue Cycle Management, Big Data/Data Analytics, Chronic Condition Management, and Women’s Health, with roles at small and large companies, including QuadraMed, MedAssets, Inovalon, Cecelia Health, and Wildflower Health.

I’m known for being direct and straightforward—what you see is what you get. And what you get with me is results. I have a proven track record of turning underperforming sales organizations into revenue-producing market leaders, and I’m often called on to transform chaos and confusion into clarity and productivity. I’ve been told my greatest skill is making people feel comfortable. I’m a good listener and can approach situations strategically, crafting tactical solutions that drive success.

I tell people I started my healthcare journey on the day I was born. After all, I was born in a hospital! However, when I was born, I weighed 1 lb, 14 oz, and was 12 weeks premature. I was fortunate to be among NJ’s first neonatal intensive care unit babies. I owe my life to advancements in healthcare! Healthcare runs in my family. My father was a hospital and health system C-suite executive; my mother was an ophthalmic nurse; my brother is a practicing neurologist, and my wife had a 30-year labor & delivery nurse career. I also spent time directly providing healthcare, first as an EMT, then in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, and in the US Army as a Medic. Healthcare is in my DNA, for sure.
